Life coaching is a process in which a coach helps individuals identify and achieve their personal goals. I will work with you to find your passion and purpose, then create a plan of action. While you execute the plan of action, I will provide accountability, support, and guidance throughout your journey.
I have a unique background that is heavily focused on doing. I have experience leading in elite organizations as well as working in the trenches as an entrepreneur. I have a wide breadth of knowledge and continually learn more. I love nothing more than inspiring and providing whatever help I can to see someone achieve something that they may not have believed was possible by themselves.
Life coaching is all about discovery, growth, improvement, and achieving your dreams. I can help you improve your self-awareness, develop new skills, create a plan for achieving your goals, and support you in overcoming obstacles that may be holding you back from success.
Life coaching sessions can vary in length. The initial session is free and is about 30 min. We will talk about your goals and what you hope to get from a coach. Follow-on sessions are scheduled for 30 min to 1 hour, but that is not a hard rule, if we need more, we will do more. The frequency of sessions will also vary depending on your needs and desires.
This is largely dependent on what you want out of the program and how fast you want to change. Simple goals where accountability is needed can take a month or two. For larger goals and dreams, a program can take longer, we will customize the program together to meet your needs.
